Alongside our core team, you have access to a network of specialist practitioners, including Music Therapists and Community Music Leaders, Reminiscence and Life Story Practitioners, Chair-Based Exercise Instructors, Sensory Therapy Practitioners, Creative Arts Facilitators, Dance and Movement Therapists, Intergenerational Project Coordinators, and Wellbeing and Mindfulness Practitioners. This diverse team, which also includes Horticultural Therapists and Spiritual Care or Chaplaincy Activity Leads, enables us to offer a wide array of care home activities. As a result, residents benefit from a broader range of expertise and enhanced wellbeing support, creating a more stimulating programme than what any single in-house role could provide.
