In many cases, we simply invoice the monthly salary cost of one Activities Coordinator, allowing you to benefit from the strength of a whole team of specialist activity leaders, along with expert knowledge and continuity of service — all without increasing your overall spend.
Our goal is to partner with homes on a full-time basis, which enables us to foster consistent relationships with residents, provide continuity of facilitators, and deliver impactful, person-centred activities through a stable, well-planned activity programme.
Ideal for homes that already have an Activities Coordinator but require additional capacity, specialist input, or reliable cover. This can include one or more days per week of activity coordination, specialist sessions led by specialist activity leaders, holiday and sickness cover, and support with planning and evidence gathering, all aimed at enhancing your existing person-centred activities programme. We also deliver one-off and seasonal events such as Christmas, Burns Night, Easter, cultural celebrations, community open days, and intergenerational projects. These initiatives create meaningful shared experiences for residents, families, and staff, and can be booked as standalone services or added to any package.
