
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. We work with you to design a package that fits within your existing activity budget, and in many cases we just invoice the monthly salary cost of one Activities Coordinator. This means you receive the strength of a whole team, specialist expertise, and continuity of service — without increasing your overall spend.
Ideally, we aim to work with homes on a full-time basis, as this allows us to build consistent relationships with residents, provide continuity of facilitators, and deliver the greatest impact through a stable, well-planned activity programme.
Ideal for homes that already have an Activities Coordinator but need additional capacity, specialist input or reliable cover. This can include one or more days per week of facilitation, specialist sessions, holiday and sickness cover, and support with planning and evidence gathering, helping to strengthen and enrich your existing programme. We also deliver one-off and seasonal events such as Christmas, Burns Night, Easter, cultural celebrations, community open days and intergenerational projects. These create meaningful shared experiences for residents, families and staff and can be booked as standalone services or added to any package.
